I’ve licensed Realtree Xtra Green Camo for use in creating pen blanks. These are cast with Alumilite Clear and are extremely easy and quick to turn. These are available for Bolt Action, Sierra/Gatsby, Cigar/Big Ben, Jr. Gent Series, as well as the numerous kits that use those same size blanks. Additional sizes can be made upon request. For the Jr. Gent Series, I use the longer Dayacom Jr. tubes so that these will work with both the Jr. Gent II kits and the newer Jr. George, Aaron, etc. kits. Other Realtree Camo patterns are available upon request. Single tube blanks include one Realtree hang tag and two-tube blanks include two tags. These are about 3″ in diameter and authenticates the pen you make.
Notice: The use of a barrel trimmer is not recommended due to a much higher chance of chipping and catches that can damage the ends of the blank. This type of damage is not covered by a replacement warranty.
This not a completed pen. It is only the raw body so that you can make your own pens on a woodworking lathe.
