I’m Robert Kulp and I’ve been turning pens since around 2005. I began using so many supplies for my own pen business, Robert Kulp Creations, that began buying supplies in bulk and ended up selling some of them to others.

My “day job” is in IT Support for TVA’s largest electric cooperative, Middle Tennessee Electric, but it seems most of my evenings are filled with pen stuff of various flavors.

Tennessee Pen Supply began as an offshoot from my hand crafted pen business, Robert Kulp Creations. It really began when I started using CA from Mercury Adhesives in Atlanta. Because their CA was so good for finishing pens and since no other pen supply vendor carried Mercury’s products, I partnered with them to introduce other pen craftsmen to their lineup.

I have since licensed various designs, such as Realtree® Camo, and sell cast pen blanks with those patterns as well as some of my own creations and compilations.
